• "I highly recommend 3 J apartment complex. The staff is amazing!"
• "You will need to buy sheets and blankets. You will also need to buy hangers as well as a shower curtain. If you choose to get room cleaning, they will give you these things with the monthly fee."
• "Washing and drying can be done for a good price downstairs on the street level of the complex. The women that work there are very friendly and helpful with non-Thai speakers."
• "The location is excellent as it is just across the bridge from campus. It is also right across the bridge from Khao San which was awesome for nightlife and shopping, but far enough away that you are not bombarded with backpackers...there is also a 7-11 right outside as well as many street vendors with delicious food at all hours. Great location!"

"Stay in 3J. For this semester at least, there are two places, Amarin and 3J. The Europeans stayed mostly at Amarin, but they are 5-minute walking distance and we party together often, but 3J is MUCH closer to school and makes it a lot easier. Also 3J has clothes washing facilities, where a basket of clothes costs about $2. Also many of the Thai students at Thammasat live at 3J and you will make many friends who will help you to understand Thailand, Thai Culture, and aid in translational issues."
